Youniverse is a holistic wellness space offering Reiki, Astrology, Clarity Coaching, Card Readings, and Sacred Group Experiences. Whether you're new to wellness or deepening an existing practice, every service is designed to help you come back to yourself.

Anyone who feels called can book a service. You don't need prior experience with energy work, astrology, or coaching to benefit. If something here resonates, that's reason enough to begin.

Is Reiki available in person and remotely?
Yes — Reiki is offered both in person and via distance healing. For remote sessions, find a quiet comfortable space at home where you won't be interrupted. You'll be guided through what to expect before your session begins.

Do I have to do anything to prepare for Reiki?
Just come comfortable. Wear loose, relaxed clothing and avoid heavy meals beforehand. Come with an open mind! If we are doing a remote session, please find a comfortable space for relaxation.

What might I experience during a Reiki session?
Everyone's experience is different. Some feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some see colors or feel emotional. Some simply fall asleep. All of it is welcome and normal.

What should I expect after my Reiki session?
You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or energized. Drink plenty of water and give yourself space to rest if needed. The healing often continues working after the session ends.

What does an astrology reading include?
Your birth chart is a cosmic map of your soul - a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment you were born. In a reading we can explore your chart together.

Possible insights include:
Personality, emotional patterns, relationships, life path, synastry with others, and past lives.

What do I need to provide?
Your birth date, birth time, and birth location. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your reading.

Do I need to know anything about astrology beforehand?
Not at all. No prior knowledge needed - just curiosity and an open mind.

What is Clarity Coaching?
A dedicated space to get radically honest about what's holding you back, where those patterns came from, and what it would take to move past them. Together we uncover the belief systems and patterns that have been quietly running your life so you can make decisions from a place of clarity, confidence, and genuine alignment.

Is this the same as therapy?
No. This work focuses on uncovering belief systems, childhood wounds, and ancestral patterns to help you get unstuck and build a life that feels like yours. It sits alongside therapeutic work — not in place of it. If you are navigating a mental health diagnosis or crisis, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

How does the commitment work?
A minimum of 4 sessions is required. Real change doesn't happen overnight and the most profound breakthroughs often come when there's been time to go deeper. Bi-weekly sessions are recommended to start.

Youniverse Holistic Wellness provides Reiki, astrology, clarity coaching, and related holistic wellness services for the purpose of personal growth, relaxation, and energetic well-being only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. The practitioner is not a licensed physician, therapist, or mental health professional and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, disease, or mental health condition.

Informed Consent
I confirm that I am booking these services of my own free will and take full responsibility for my personal health and wellness decisions. I release Youniverse Holistic Wellness and its practitioner from any and all liability arising from my participation in these services. If I have any medical or mental health concerns, I agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable and will be offered a reschedule option instead. I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected circumstance, please reach out and I will do my best to reschedule your session.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for a reschedule.

Late Arrivals
I understand that life happens. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. Please note that late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session end time.

Right to Refuse Service
Youniverse Holistic Wellness reserves the right to decline or end any session at my discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations where a client's needs fall outside the scope of services offered, or where I feel the environment is not conducive to safe and effective practice. In such cases a full refund will be issued.

Virtual Session Requirements
For all virtual sessions, clients agree to be in a quiet, private, and comfortable space free from distractions. The client is responsible for their own internet connection and technical setup. Youniverse Holistic Wellness is not responsible for any technical difficulties on the client's end.

Minor Clients
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their session. A parent or legal guardian must review, sign, and submit all intake forms and this waiver on behalf of the minor. By signing, the parent or legal guardian consents to the minor's participation in services and assumes full responsibility for their wellbeing.
