From the time I was a child I knew I experienced the world differently. I saw things others could not see, felt things others would not acknowledge, and learned quickly that not everyone could receive my gifts. So I did what most of us do. I learned to shrink, to perform, and to fit myself into a world that was not designed for someone like me.

Breaking generational cycles is not a wellness trend. It can be one of the hardest things a person will ever face in their human experience. I chose to end cycles rooted in ancestral trauma, to walk away from relationships that required me to be less than I was, and to stop building versions of myself for someone else's comfort. That choice was the beginning of everything. It is how I learned to empower myself, trust my gifts, and build a life that actually feels like mine.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Holistic Life Coach, and Certified Aromatherapist with over 15 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist. Each of these paths developed independently and with intention. My years behind the chair taught me how to hold space for people in their most honest moments. My work in aromatherapy expanded into major healthcare systems, bringing holistic modalities into patient care programs. My coaching practice grew from a deeply psychological and philosophical understanding of human behavior, patterns, and belief systems.
